Divided into a bedroom (2 electric adjustable beds of 80x200cm with single duvets) with bathroom and separate toilet and a lovely lounge with an open kitchen. The lounge has sliding doors on 2 sides, both of which open out onto the terrace. This large private terrace is adjoined on 2 sides to the cottage, providing you with both sun and shade all day long. From your terrace you have direct access to the swimming pool. Access to the sauna and spa is included in the rental of your luxury holiday home. In the cottage you will find a TV and Wifi. 5 persons holiday home: Starting with the large covered terrace, from which you have access to the swimming pool, you enter the hallway of the holiday home. Here is the bathroom. Going up 4 steps you enter a cosy room (50m²) with dining area, lounge with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 8 windows over two sides of the room, giving you a beautiful view over the valley and to Castelnau-Montratier. Raised a metre from the main living area is a mezzanine with 4 armchairs, wonderful to hide away with a good book. Here you will also find the 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with box-spring beds measuring 1.40 x 2.00m and the third bedroom with single bed of 0.90 x 2.00m. All the beds are made up for you with single duvets. We have created and decorated this gîte for you with great care and taste. We hope that you will feel at home here. The cottage is equipped with a TV, air-conditioning and WiFi Internet access. Access to the sauna and spa is included in the rental of your luxury holiday home. – The department `Lot` is situated in the south-west of France and is part of the Midi-Pyrenees region. Since 2016 changed its name to Occitanie. Until late into September, you can still enjoy very pleasant temperatures here. – The area is stunningly beautiful and is characterized by its diverse nature, with valleys full of fruit trees, vineyards, tropical plants and trees. There are limestone plateaus with deep gorges and caves, carved by the many rivers that flow through Lot. Nice, cozy, medieval villages and towns with rich cultural heritage are made lively by the many (night) markets, flea markets and festivities. The region is ideal for sporty travelers, for walking, cycling, water sports, golf, climbing and so on. Here in the ‘Quercy Blanc` nature still reigns and people are open and friendly. ‘La Perle du Lot’ consists of our home with outbuilding & pool, jacuzzi and sauna, and is approximately one hectare in size, which is large enough for relaxing in and around the house.
